Let us call this category the Mini State , a 'state' which became independent of the super tiny territory of other countries are not bound rules. They are not widely known as other countries that small territory such as the Vatican. There are several reasons a person forming the State Mini, ranging from a mere joke, media protests, political experimental materials, or criminal purpose. There are even some who are legally recognized by its neighbors, some very silly, some quite interesting.
1. Sealand

of Sealand is probably the Mini State's most widely known. Perhaps because the story is interesting and much disseminated. Sealand is about 10 miles off the coast of England. Originally a fortress in the days of World War II in 1967. Paddy Roy Bates (Knock John) inhabit this place by running a pirate radio station. He and his family later claimed Sealand as a nation, to issue its own passports. Bates claimed Sealand has been recognized de facto by the German and English.
There is an interesting event in 1978. When Bates out of the country, Alexander Achenbach who claims to be Prime Minister of Sealand, with some German and Dutch plot, a coup against the region. Bates then asked for military assistance to recapture Sealand, until finally Achenbach and his accomplice were arrested. Since Achenbach has Sealand passport, so he was arrested as traitors country, while his accomplice was released.
2. Molossia Republic

Population: 2-3
Leader: President Kevin Baugh
Government Molossia near Dayton, Nevada, U.S.. Consisting of a plot of land owned by Kevin Baugh, the President. Including both the land he had bought in Pennsylvania and California regions. He was dressed as a dictator, complete with military uniforms and sunglasses. He also admitted a plot of territory in the Pacific ocean and the planet Venus. Molossia actually pay taxes to the U.S., but they consider it 'foreign aid'.
3. Kingdom of Hutt River
Area: 75 Km2
Population: About 20 residents and 13.000 to 18.000 citizens abroad.
Leader: His Royal Highness Prince Leonard I
The kingdom was founded by Leonard Casley in 1970. Mini country was formed when five large families who have estates in the province of Hutt River involved a dispute with the Australian government. The family has violated a rule that limits the governments of Australia wheat production is sold legally allowed within a certain time. When the case entered the court, Casley who was the leader of this family 5, declaring himself as "His Royal Highness Prince Leonard I" to take advantage of the old law that says if the violate the rule a kingdom, will be punished as a traitor, then he used this law as an attempt to break away from Australia.

Other World Kingdom comes from a resort in the Czech Republic became independent. Shaped matriarchy, meaning dipipmpin by a woman. In this kingdom there are castes. Starting from the title of nobility for the all ruler of which are women, the kingdom aims to collect as many men to be the lowest caste called slaves. This kingdom has a passport, currency, police, flag and national anthem itself.
5. Waveland
Area: 784 km2

Leader: Greenpeace
Physically Waveland is an uninhabited rock in the middle of the ocean near the UK.Ownership contested by England, Iceland, and Denmark. In 1997, environmental organizations, Greenpeace, occupying the territory and declared a state Waveland.They offer citizenship to anyone who is willing to give an oath of loyalty. This is a form of protest against oil drilling in the area. The protest lasted until 1999, until funding falters, Waveland was abandoned, which is left is building the lighthouse for sailors membanu avoid this rock.
6. Grand Duchy of Westarctica

Westarctica is a vast plain of ice in western Antarctica, no proprietary until 2001, when an American, Travis McHenry found a loophole in agreements between countries on Antarctica. Basically, the agreement between countries, does not allow any country to claim Antarctic territory, but does not explain any rules for 'an individual' who possess the intention to claim the region. McHenry then claimed a territory in the western part of Antarctica.

In 1949, an American, James Mangan, claiming the universe as a state. This is done as an attempt to prevent the countries in the world to take ownership of this universe. Thomas Enterprises invites sympathy many people worldwide, but this idea was later extinguished along with the death of the leader.
8. Rose Island

In 1967, an Italian national Engineer, construct a building above the sea near the coast of Rimini, Italy. And the Italian reaction against the separation is quite loud, Italy considers Rosa business is criminal, to escape the obligation to pay taxes, so the Italians sent tax collectors and police to secure the region. And then blow it up to vanish from the earth.
9. Operation Atlantis

Operation Atlantis is actually a journey of a ship project headed by Werner Stiefel in 1971, which aims to establish an independent community in the area of international sea, freed from the control states out. But the boat trip was very sad. The ship was built at the height of sea water in the Hudson River, but then stranded on the mud at the sea level dropped. With the severity of water entered the ship, almost upside down when passing through the port of New York when the water begins to freeze.Propellernya then severely damaged, near South Carolina. 10. Kingdom of Talossa

A 14-year, Robert Madison in 1979, royal medirikan Talossa. At first he claimed the only bedroom. As he grew up, he claimed wilayah2 wider until eventually include the eastern part of Milwakee, and two islands in Antarctica and France. Talossa is a ridiculous concept, but many appeared in the media, including the New York Times and Wired.
